Can't believe anything anyone tells you. The schedule may say xyz... You can call and confirm what the schedule says. You can check the redmond.gov website. And still... When you walk in you'll get told compete new information. Unreliable staff

1-Star Review for Raymond Pool I’m giving this place a 1-star rating and I really wish I didn’t have to write this review. the absolute worst part: There is a middle-aged swim coach with a shaved head who is there almost every weekend. He constantly yells at his students at the top of his lungs with a very harsh and ear-piercing voice. His aggressive shouting fills the entire facility and creates a very unpleasant, stressful, and unsafe feeling for everyone else β€” especially the parents waiting in other areas of the pool for their children. Whether this outdated and aggressive coaching style is acceptable in this day and age is not my concern. What matters to me and other parents is that his terrifying shouting causes real discomfort and anxiety for the rest of us. In addition The staff are unfriendly and completely inattentive to visitors. There is absolutely no supervision or control over who enters and exits the facility. The interior is messy, cluttered, and unclean. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

The pool is perfect for professional swimming and scuba diving training. There are private lessons on weekends and our kids love them. At first they couldn't get used to the cold water, so we had to buy wetsuits for them.

Sunday Family Swim: not busy, plenty of room in the pool. Sign in at front desk; locker rooms are off to the sides. Pool too cold (front desk said 83); showers too hot without temp control. Locker rooms were nice enough: 4 different sizes of lockers, 6 toilet stalls, 6 showers, suit dryer, not too cold, well-lit and bright, no need to bring your own locker. Secondary parking lot behind the building. And there's a playground!
